Release of Draft Standard for Public Comment: Gender Inclusive Job Evaluation

Standards New Zealand (SNZ) has released for public comment a draft of DZ 8007 to be NZS 8007:2006 Gender Inclusive Job Evaluation.
The Standard will assist in identifying and addressing gender bias in job evaluation. A wide range of systems, processes and information already exists in regard to effective practice in gender inclusive job evaluation. Standard NZS 8007 will draw much of this together in what will be the first Standard of its kind in New Zealand and the world.
